YOUR CONTRIBUTION /YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business analytics in the field of sales & customer management. Identifying relevant business trends and opportunities.
- Integrating and further developing the customer perspective in the organisation (customer experience management).
- Providing new impetus for multi-channel processes in close collaboration with sales-related departments such as marketing, branch management and e-business (e.g. onboarding process for new customers).
- Conducting project-related customer analyses and preparing action plans
- Active role in business process optimisation and active participation in implementation.
- Regular communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external, maintaining a natural flow of information.
- Providing reports directly to the company and sales management
- Communication with international colleagues/clients.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in project management.

- A completed course in Economics and/or MBA, or equivalent previous experience in a sales environment
- Independent in English (minimum B2)
- Advanced MS Office (Excel) skills, complex reporting.
