Job Description

We’re seeking a qualified business development manager to extend our presence on the Bulgarian market in the retail segment (i.e. hardware trade, metal trade, auto trade, DIY sector etc.)

Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead and use initiative. Highly skilled at sales and marketing, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Objectives of the Role

  • Manage both new and existing customers;
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline in accordance with the Trade division strategy;
  • Monitor and evaluate competition and base our strategy accordingly in cooperation with sales and marketing teams;
  • Develop strategy and market position by introducing new products to our portfolio;
  • Motivate and track performance of a team of sales representatives, and report metrics to sales management;

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management (minimum requirement) or a good mixture of business and technical education;
  • Successful track record in sales and marketing (experience in technical products is an advantage);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency with data analysis;
  • Fluency in English – level B2 and above;
  • Driving licence – cat. B;
